The successful bidder must enter into an agreement with the Cantonment Board at their own expense before taking possession of the public toilet. The successful bidder will also bear the costs of electricity, water tax, etc. The successful bidder will have the right to charge the public 5 rupees for toilet use and 10 rupees for bathing. No fee will be charged for the use of the urinal. The public toilet will not be used for other purposes. The cleanliness level must be maintained continuously using phenyl, naphthalene balls, and other insecticides.
