The tender is for the installation of sign boards and hoardings. Interested parties must pay a bid document fee of 1000 and an advance amount of 25000 through the e-cantonment portal. Only those who have made the payment can participate in the auction. The successful bidders will have their advance amount adjusted as a security deposit. The successful bidder must deposit a security amount of 20% of the total amount within 15 days of the auction approval. Bids will be submitted per hoarding/sign board/flexi, and the council will only provide the site for installation. The installation must be done at the bidder''s expense. The auction period is valid for 3 years, with a 10% increase in rent each year. The successful bidder must sign an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of 100 rupees before displaying advertisements. The council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons. |
